Biography

Maximilian Lang is a partner at Schoenherr Vienna, where he specialises in M&A transactions and Austrian corporate law. Maximilian has substantial experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions with major domestic and international clients. Maximilian studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2008) and earned a post-graduate degree at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C., USA (LL.M. 2009-10).
