Biography

Graduated from the University of Coimbra in Portugal in 2007 and immediately joined SLCM – Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a renowned full-service law firm with more than six decades of experience, concentrating her practice on corporate and M&A matters. In 2010, obtained a Master in International Business Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon. Integrated the multinational law firm Cuatrecasas in 2023, continuing her work in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. With nearly 18 years of practice, devotes her efforts to supporting clients through every stage of deal-making, from due diligence to negotiation and final execution. In recent years, her advisory work has been particularly oriented toward the healthcare sector, where she has counseled on prominent M&A deals involving hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
