Biography

Amy Walsh is a Partner in the Business Development team at Harper Macleod LLP. She leads HM Connect, a referral network of more than 400 law firms, and HM Gateway, which manages new business leads into the firm. Her role gives her a full view of the client journey, from first contact to instruction. Amy focuses on driving growth through strong relationships, clear processes and practical use of data and technology. She has developed intake and collaboration playbooks that improve consistency and conversion. Alongside her work in systems and process, Amy is closely involved in building and sustaining collaborative networks, both internally and externally. She mentors a cross-office team, supporting an inclusive, collaborative approach to business development.
