Biography

Morgan is a Partner and the ESG Lead within the Investment Management Group of McCann FitzGerald LLP. He specialises in the area of investment funds and his practice focuses on, inter alia, the structuring and establishment of fund management companies and investment funds (both UCITS and AIFs but with a particular focus on private funds, including PE, property, infrastructure, real asset and private credit funds, whether structured as ICAVs, ILPs or 1907 Act limited partnerships), and the provision of on-going legal and regulatory advice to these structures. Morgan also consistently represents investors seeking to invest in a variety of fund structures. Morgan has advised individuals, investment funds, national bodies and other institutional investors in relation to all legal and regulatory issues concerning their respective investments as significant or seed investors in a variety of fund vehicles.
