Jamie Gershkow counsels investment companies, independent trustees and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and the applicability and interpretation of securities laws. At the forefront of regulatory developments impacting money market funds, Jamie Gershkow leads Stradley's efforts in advising some of the largest money market fund sponsors and their independent trustees on money market fund regulatory matters. Jamie is partner-in-charge of the firm’s New York office.
