Biography

Simge provides legal consultancy services in the fields of individual and collective labor law, as well as in areas related to employment life such as social security law, insurance law, union law, and the protection of personal data in labor relations. She closely collaborates with the human resources departments of both local and multinational clients, offering legal support in the preparation of documents such as employment contracts, internal regulations, policies, standard operating procedures, discipline and performance regulations, incentive and bonus plans, settlement agreements, termination documents, operational decisions, organizational changes, and restructuring decisions. Additionally, Simge provides legal consultancy services in processes involving foreign elements, such as the establishment of companies, branches, and liaison offices of foreign companies in Turkey, cross-border employment relationships, independent contractor agreements, and work permit processes. With her experience in litigation and dispute resolution, she also provides legal consultancy to clients during pre-litigation processes. She assists clients with preventive legal measures and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, particularly in matters of labor disputes, complex commercial disputes, and consumer complaints. She is also a licensed mediator in labor law, commercial law, and consumer law. She provides legal services to local and multinational clients on drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, as well as negotiating with counterparties in all matters related to their commercial and legal operations. In this context, she is involved in the preparation and negotiation processes in the fields of construction, purchase and sale of products and services, lease agreements, transportation and logistics, and manufacturing contracts.
