Biography

Marta Derlacz‑Wawrowska is Vice President, Employment Law at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she leads the employment law function for Poland and Eastern Europe. She has over 15 years of experience advising organisations on complex workforce and employment law challenges in fast‑moving, regulated environments, with a strong focus on workforce strategy, transformation, and cultural change. Her professional background combines academic rigour — including a PhD in law — with extensive hands‑on experience gained in leading law firms and senior in‑house roles. She is qualified as a Polish attorney‑at‑law.
