Biography

Sophie is a Belgian employment lawyer and partner in the Belgian law firm Claeys & Engels. Sophie is based in Brussels and advises national and international clients on various aspects of Belgian and European labour and employment law, social security law, and business immigration law. Sophie has a particular interest in global mobility and cross-border matters, flexible and alternative working arrangements, dismissal law, restructurings, pay transparency and equity. Besides, Sophie gives advice on various day-to-day HR issues and general employment law queries.
