Nicole Six

Biography

Nicole Six is Partner Employment at act legal and a highly experienced specialist in Dutch employment law. She focuses on collective labour law, restructuring and reorganisation, TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) and works council matters. Nicole advises and represents leading international companies in complex employment matters and litigation and is a certified mediator in commercial and employment disputes. Since qualifying in 2000, she has combined private practice with in-house experience, including a four-year tenure at IKEA (2005–2009) as HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Within act legal’s international platform, she is one of the driving forces behind the international Employment team, focused on advising international clients and further developing the firm’s European employment law offering.
