Biography

Stefan Kühteubl is a partner at Schoenherr. He has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer. He heads the firm's labour & employment practice based in Austria and the CEE-area. Stefan’s field of expertise includes all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including providing continuing advice to employers on all employment law related matters, (cross-border) restructuring and transactions as as well as advising on global mobility. Further, he has a strong focus on representing companies in complex labour court litigations. Stefan holds law degrees from the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. and Dr. iur.). Furthermore, he spent six months working with the European Parliament. Stefan regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on labour & employment matters and has published numerous articles and textbooks on labour and employment law.
