Advising in all areas of maritime trade and shipping law (maritime contracts of affreightment, contracts of carriage, bareboat and time charter parties, ship collisions, salvage, general average, maritime liens, Hague-Visby Rules, bill of lading law, limitation of liability conventions, UNCLOS, maritime administration law, maritime distribution procedures), transport law (land, air, inland waterways), transport insurance law (carrier and goods transport insurance, P&I, Inter-Club Agreement), general civil law, private international law and public law regulation of the testing, inspection and certification sector (e.g. classification societies). The work includes litigation, drafting of expert opinions, contracts, national/international lectures and presentations and scientific accompaniment of the internal legal tech strategy
