Biography

Terry Mwango heads the Litigation & Disputes team in the Nairobi office of Bowmans. She is a commercial litigator and alternative disputes lawyer qualified to practice as a Solicitor in NSW, Australia and as an Advocate in Kenya. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Terry represents a wide portfolio of corporate clients in various specialist areas including maritime law, aviation law, corporate investigations, labour relations, data privacy, intellectual property, capital markets, land and environment and constitutional and administrative law.
