Biography

Soli Khurshed Cooper is a Senior Advocate, based in Mumbai. He possesses over 44 years’ experience primarily in Commercial and Corporate Dispute Resolution and Administrative and Constitutional Law. He has appeared in several leading and reported matters before the Supreme Court and various High Courts across India, as well as before different Tribunals. He regularly appears in several International and Domestic Arbitrations, both institutional (interalia ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL) and ad-hoc and has also acted as an Arbitrator in several disputes. He has held the position of part-time professor in Company Law and Public International Law and has been a Director in Public and Private limited companies and a Trustee of public charitable trusts. He has an LL.M from Harvard Law School, and also holds an LL.B from Government Law College, and a BA from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
