Biography

Arina Popova is Managing Director, Head of Legal at New Mountain Capital. Prior to joining New Mountain Capital, Ms. Popova was associated with the law firms of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Ms. Popova holds a J.D. from St. Petersburg State University School of Law, LL.M. from New York University School of Law and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
