Ilona Logvinova
Biography
Ilona Logvinova is the Global Chief AI Officer at HSF Kramer and leads the firm’s AI strategy, embedding AI across the firm’s global practices. A recognized leader at the intersection of AI, law, and innovation, Ilona has built and delivered transformative strategies that bring emerging technologies into the legal environment. Previously, Ilona led Cleary Gottlieb’s AI innovation and transformation efforts, including oversight of the firm’s in-house AI development team following the acquisition of Springbok.ai. Before Cleary, she served as Managing Counsel for the technology legal team within McKinsey Digital and as the global Head of Innovation for McKinsey Legal. Earlier roles include Senior Counsel at Mastercard, focusing on ground-up technology builds and transactions, and Associate at Fried Frank, specializing in leveraged finance for borrowers and lenders. Ilona advises startup and growth-stage companies in the Legal AI space and serves on advisory boards for industry conferences. She is a frequent speaker and author across industry and broader publications. From 2018 through September 2025, she served as a junior board member of The Legal Aid Society of New York City. Ilona holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
