Biography

Brechje van der Velden is a Partner and General Counsel at CVC, leading the global legal, risk, and compliance teams. Previously, she spent over 25 years at A&O Shearman as a Litigation & Restructuring Partner, serving on its Global Executive Committee and leading the Amsterdam office. Recognized by Chambers and Legal 500, she holds a Law degree from Leiden University and is INSOLAD-qualified.
