With a background spanning EQT, Intermediate Capital Group and HSBC Alternative Investments, Rosanna has spent her career working at the heart of alternative asset management, partnering closely with investment, fundraising and operational teams to bring complex fund structures to market. She has a particular interest in how in-house legal functions can adapt to a changing landscape — whether through smarter use of technology, more disciplined approaches to external legal spend, or breaking down the silos between legal and the wider business.
