Biography

Carson Xu is Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Regulated Industries Economic Consulting practice, based in Seoul, South Korea. Carson has over 15 years' of experience as a regulatory economist across roles in both regulatory authorities and in consulting. He has worked across a range of regulated industries, including telecommunications, broadcasting, electricity, gas, payments systems, digital platforms and healthcare. Prior to his consulting career, he was a member of the Chief Economist's Team at the Office of Communications, the UK's communications sector regulator. He has worked as a consultant in the economic consulting practices of both PwC and FTI Consulting in both London and Seoul.
