Biography

Blanca is a Digital law specialist who has practiced for more than 25 years at international law firms, as a partner for more than 15 years. She is now working on a research project at the Carlos III University on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Law and Ethics. She is a member of the IBA Advisory Board of the Communications Law Committee.
