Biography

Rodrigo F. García joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 1998 and became a partner in 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, and has litigated a broad range of cases. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, class actions, environmental litigation and family disputes (from inheritance to divorce). Rodrigo is Co-Vice Chair of the IBA Litigation Committee. He was found to be "exceptionally well versed in litigation proceedings, organized, prompt and creative".
