Biography

Trevor Mascarenhas has been a partner at leading disputes boutique firm PCB Byrne for over 20 years, and has led numerous complex, high-value, cross-border cases. These include some of the leading authorities and ground-breaking cases in his core practice of fraud and asset recovery. Trevor has been consistently ranked in the major directories for civil fraud, asset recovery, commercial litigation and banking litigation, in which he has been lauded for his experience in cross-border maters, knowledge of the law, intellectual ability and creative solutions to the most difficult of problems, as well as client service.
