Biography

Senior partner, Ariela Agosin whose practice focuses on litigation, arbitration, unfair competition, antitrust advertising law and intellectual and industrial property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, information technology and licensing. Currently, Ariela is an appointed arbitrator in three different arbitration proceedings through the Santiago Court of Appeals' list of arbitrators. Year after year, Ariela continues to be one of the top lawyers in her respective fields. Leading publications and rankings, such as Chambers & Partners, Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers, IAM Patent 1000, World Trademark Review and Managing IP, regularly distinguish Ariela's excellent work.
