Rebeca Mosquera

Biography

Rebeca is a Senior Counsel at Saudi Aramco in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she advises the company on international litigation and arbitration. A dual-qualified lawyer in New York and Panama, Rebeca represented sovereigns and companies in complex commercial and investor-state arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, AAA/ICDR, and LCIA rules, and in ad-hoc proceedings. Her work spans the full life cycle of high-stakes disputes in energy, infrastructure, and enforcement. Rebeca is the current President of ArbitralWomen and serves as Institution Officer for the IBA Arbitration Committee. She frequently speaks on ethics and AI, ISDS standards of protection, procedural fairness, and representation in arbitration. Her work has been recognized by Lexology Index (Who's Who Legal), The Legal 500, Latinvex, and the New York Law Journal.
