Biography

Michelle is a partner in Serrano Martinez CMA. She has extensive experience in tax matters, with a special focus on international taxation. Over the years, her practice has focused on tax planning and transaction structuring both in Colombia and in various jurisdictions. Michelle has also successfully led wealth management processes and estate planning implementation. She provides tax advice to both national and international clients, offering legal, practical and strategic guidelines. This ensures timely and high-quality service to our clients. Prior to joining Serrano Martinez CMA, Michelle w as a senior attorney in the Transaction Tax (M&A) practice at Ernst and Young, New York office, from 2019 to 2022. Previously, she was an associate in the tax and international trade area in a major firm in Bogota during the 2015 – 2018 period.
