Biography

Jo is a Tax Professional with Triton Partners, responsible for tax and structuring across M&A activity and portfolio company restructurings/refinancings. Jo has over 18 years experience across international tax, M&A, restructuring and fund structuring in the alternative asset space. Prior to joining Triton, Jo was a Managing Director in Macquarie’s Asset Management division in EMEA. Jo originally trained with Ernst & Young, working in London, New York and Tokyo within asset management and international tax services. Jo is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
