Biography

Ayzo is a partner at AKD with 25 years of experience in tax law, based in Luxembourg. He provides international tax solutions on a variety of cross border transactions including private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures. Ayzo is assistant-professor at the University of Luxembourg and he speaks Dutch, English, French and German.
