Biography

Anette Maier heads the Private Markets Tax function of Allianz Capital Partners which covers all Private Markets equity and debt investments of Allianz Global Investors and Allianz Capital Partners. The main focus lies on M&A as well as fund investments, fund structuring as well as on international tax compliance aspects relevant to the investments and funds. Before joining the Allianz Group in 2015 Anette has worked as a tax lawyer in an international law firm. Anette has studied law and is a German tax adviser. She holds an LL.M in International Taxation from the University of London, an EMBA from the University of St Gallen and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
