Biography
Jacqueline is a partner in the Singapore office of Milbank LLP, having been resident in both the Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
Jacqueline advises on a wide range of international corporate finance and merger-and-acquisition transactions, and regularly represents sponsors, borrowers and lenders on complex cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. In addition, she has significant experience with international debt restructurings in Asia. She specializes in structuring complex debt and equity transactions for clients both within and outside of Southeast Asia, and regularly advises many of the largest private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, leading banks and financial institutions in their various transactions globally and in particular throughout Asia.
Jacqueline is consistently recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global as a leading lawyer for her excellence in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, and Restructuring & Insolvency.
