Biography

Jong Kwon Ryoo is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon. Mr. Ryoo received his LL.B. from Seoul National University and LL.M. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Ryoo specializes in advising multinational companies and major domestic and international private equity funds on a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including among others, cross-border M&A, foreign-direct investments, capital markets, corporate governance, and antitrust-related matters. He is a member of Yulchon’s International Board and Aerospace & Defense Center.
