Biography

Shabarika specialises in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on both public and private M&A, equity capital markets and general corporate law and governance advice. She has significant experience in the financial institutions, infrastructure and technology sectors and acts for a variety of domestic and international clients, including listed and unlisted companies, investment banks, asset managers and private equity funds. Shabarika is recognised by her clients and colleagues as an excellent operator, who is able to combine technical expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach, allowing her to be a trusted advisor to her clients. Shabarika also worked for a number of years for a major US firm and is qualified as an attorney in New York.
