Biography

Daisy Wu is a Partner in Simpson Thacher’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. Based in the New York office, she advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other deals. She has advised on transactions across numerous industries, ranging from energy and infrastructure, healthcare and insurance to technology and media and entertainment, among others.
