Biography

Gordon Moodie is a partner at Debevoise & Plimpton focusing on representing public and private companies across a variety of industries and transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, initial public offerings, securities law matters and corporate governance. His practice also includes serving the needs of financial institutions and entities that invest in those institutions. Prior to practicing at Debevoise, Gordon led product development at Harvey AI and was a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Moodie received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, and his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada, graduating first in his class.
