Biography

Peter is a Partner in the Finance group in London and co-head of the Global Leveraged Finance Group and leads the Clifford Chance Nordic team. Peter has been a Partner since 2013 and specialises in leveraged and acquisition finance, restructuring work and investment grade finance, acting for alternative credit providers, financial sponsors as well as banks and corporate borrowers.
