Biography
Arnold has 15 years' work experience in the legal and human rights landscape, 10 years of which have been working directly with the most vulnerable and project affected persons in the field of economic social and cultural rights and respect for human rights in largescale development and investment projects. As a business and human rights expert, he is dedicated to responsible business conduct and accountability and adequate and effective stakeholder engagement. He is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in business practices. Arnold is also a seasoned trainer and facilitator with 6 years' experience as a law lecturer in the fields of international law, human rights in the domestic perspective, criminal law, gender and the law and equity and trusts. Additionally, he possesses 5 years of experience in the field of forced migration and transitional justice. His passion lies in advocating for social economic justice, equity and responsible business conduct across various investment and development sectors. Arnold has previously worked with government entities, international institutions, academic institutions and non-governmental organizations.
