Biography
Business Lawyer | MBM-Conseil, Democratic Republic of Congo I am a business lawyer at MBM-Conseil in the Democratic Republic of Congo, specializing in corporate law, mining law, and telecommunications law. With a multidisciplinary background and a passion for navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks, I provide strategic, practical, and tailored legal solutions to both local and international clients. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Kinshasa, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Seoul National University (South Korea), and I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Business Law at the Université de Montréal (Québec), with a focus on capital markets regulation, corporate governance, and international business transactions. Fluent in both English and French, I bring a global perspective and a client-focused approach to every mandate. I am recognized for my analytical rigor, adaptability across jurisdictions and sectors, and deep understanding of the legal and institutional landscapes that shape today’s business environment.
