Emilio Bettoni

Biography

Emilio is a partner at ArbLit, where he specializes in commercial and investor-state arbitration, with a particular focus on disputes linked to Latin America. In addition to his counsel work, Emilio acted as secretary to arbitral tribunals in high-profile cases and has started to sit as arbitrator. Emilio is Co-Chair of IBA Arb40 and the Vice-President of the Italian Chapter of Club Español del Arbitraje, and has served as coordinator of CEA-40. A dual-qualified attorney (Italy and New York), Emilio holds an LL.M. from NYU and a Ph.D. from the University of Milan. More info at: https://www.arblit.com/emilio_bettoni/
