Biography

Daniel Tan is a Partner in A&O Shearman’s Debt Finance practice, based in Hong Kong. Daniel has extensive experience advising on a wide range of complex cross-border financings across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He specialises in advising lenders such as banks, credit funds and other alternative capital providers on the full range of leveraged financing and structured lending transactions. This includes leveraged and acquisition financings, margin lending, real-estate backed financing and back-leverage, in each case, with a particular focus on private capital in Asia.
