Biography

Seung Jae (SJ) Yoo is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. His practice mainly focuses on fintech, metaverse, blockchain & digital assets, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Mr. Yoo spearheads Kim & Chang’s fintech and digital asset practice group and has been actively involved in a number of high-profile matters relating to fintech and digital asset business in Korea. Mr. Yoo advises corporate clients and both foreign and domestic financial institutions on various mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other projects.
