Biography

Marcel Meier is a partner of Niederer Kraft Frey Ltd in Geneva. He focuses mainly on corporate tax law. In particular, he advises on collective investment schemes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financing transactions, employee benefit and pension schemes, aircraft ownership structures and conducts tax disputes. Besides his corporate tax law practice, he is a trusted advisor for UHNWI and athletes.
