Biography

Gabriele mainly assists Italian and foreign high net worth individuals in relation to domestic and international tax planning, generational handovers and trusts, tax residence issues, cross-border employment relationships and attractive tax regimes for non-residents. He also provides consulting and assistance in favor of companies and groups in the context of reorganization processes, extraordinary transactions and litigation and pre-litigation procedures. As a member of the board of Italian Tax Lawyers Association (ANTI Lazio) and of the Commission for Tax Law Studies of the Rome Bar Association, Gabriele regularly attends and lectures conferences on domestic and international taxation and authors publications.
