Biography

Fabrizia Lapecorella is Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD. Her portfolio includes Tax Policy and Administration, Statistics and Data and the coordination of the Inclusive Forum on Carbon Mitigation Approaches (IFCMA). Ms. Lapecorella has previously served as Director-General of Finance in the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance from 2008 to 2022. In this role she was responsible for domestic, European and international tax policy.
