Halide Gül Çetinkaya

Biography

Halide Çetinkaya is the founding partner of Turkish law firm CCAO, based in Istanbul. She has experience in M&A, private equity, as well as banking finance and acquisition finance. Halide has a wide array of experience with more than 20 years in the Turkish legal market. Amongst others, she has particular focus on the financial institutions, insurance, healthcare and energy sectors. She has a law degree from Galatasaray University and received LLM degree from King’s College London. She is a member of the IBA Banking Law Committee since 2012. Ms. Cetinkaya speaks Turkish, English and French.
