Biography

As counsel in De Brauw’s regulatory group, Eva specialises in the regulation of Dutch and EU financial markets, advising large financial undertakings on a wide range of regulatory and pension matters (including outsourcing, duty of care rules and governance, and funding requirements); complex transition processes (such as when they encounter financial distress, or advising pension funds in the ongoing consolidating trend); and the regulatory aspects of M&A transactions in the financial sector.
