Biography

Eric M. Rosof is Of Counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. As a Partner, Mr. Rosof founded the financing practice at the Firm, and his practice includes financing for corporate transactions of all types, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, spinoffs, joint ventures, restructurings, refinancings and recapitalizations. Mr. Rosof also represents buyers, sellers, investors, creditors and debtors in distressed acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Mr. Rosof is an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School where he teaches a class on acquisition financing, and is a lecturer at Vienna University where he teaches a class on cross-border corporate deals.
