Biography

Marie-Aude Noury is a corporate finance partner at Squair AARPI. Her practice focuses on capital markets, public M&A, securities laws, corporate and corporate governance as well as financial and ESG regulatory issues. After practising at Linklaters and Latham&Watkins, she was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright before setting up her own law firm, and then joining Squair. Her expertise has been recognized by Chambers&Partners, Legal500, Best Lawyers and Leaders League. She regularly participates in leading working groups on the regulatory environment of financial and stock markets.
