Biography

Lisa Göransson is the head of Allen & Overy's Nordic desk and a partner in the corporate department in London. Lisa has extensive experience of corporate finance and general corporate work, both from working in private practice in Sweden and England and as the General Counsel of a Swedish large cap company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Lisa’s practice focuses on cross border M&A and JV transactions. She has particular expertise advising on transactions involving Nordic companies. She is also an active member and leader in the London Female Partner network at Allen & Overy.
