Biography

Katherine (Kiki) Haar is the general counsel of Uniphore, an end-to-end AI and data orchestration platform. Kiki is responsible for all of Uniphore's global legal affairs, and acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Kiki has more than 25 years’ experience advising public and private technology companies in a wide range of industries, both as in-house and outside counsel. Prior to Uniphore, Kiki served as general counsel in residence at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Kiki was also previously the general counsel at Sumo Logic, an AI-powered cloud-native log analytics SaaS platform. Before joining Sumo Logic, Kiki held several roles at Informatica, an enterprise data management software company, including senior vice president, general counsel, and chief privacy officer. Prior to Informatica, Kiki was a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Kiki has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
