As managing partner of Lenczner Slaght, Canada's leading disputes firm, Monique is one of Canada's top trial lawyers, focusing on complex commercial disputes. Her work across a multitude of industries includes high‑stakes trials, appeals, and advisory mandates, often involving novel legal issues, with a particular passion for injunctions. Alongside her litigation practice, she is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, talent development, and culture, with a focus on building a collaborative, high‑performance team of extraordinary litigators and business team members.
