Biography

Berlin-based feminist lawyer from Colombia working at the intersection of gender justice, human rights, and protection. I design and lead legal and policy strategies to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence, in close partnership with grassroots organizations and movement leaders across the Global South. With a background in public administration and criminology, I bring together legal analysis, program design, and advocacy to translate international standards into concrete reforms, supporting the development and implementation of survivor-centered laws, policies, and institutional practices. My work spans development contexts, engaging civil society, governments, and international actors to strengthen protection systems and advance accountability.
