Biography

Jennifer is an experienced in-house attorney currently leading the legal function for Kyndryl's Canadian operations. In that role, Jennifer provides counsel on complex IT transactions, oversees litigation and disputes, and advises on corporate governance, employment, regulatory compliance, and privacy matters. Jennifer serves as a key partner to the executive leadership team and the business by delivering practical, innovative legal solutions that support client outcomes and operational efficiency. Prior to working at Kyndryl, Jennifer acted as commercial transactional counsel for IBM and had a lengthy litigation career in big law.
